Businesses are finally waking up to the opportunities that Social Media engagement can bring.

The arrival of the digital age has handed businesses an opportunity ‘on a plate’ as it were: those businesses that are early adopters of IT and Social Media tools are guaranteeing that they have a solid edge on their competitors.

This is where we can assist you – we've been at the coal-face now for neigh on four years, and @LadyBizBiz first saw Social Media action in 2000.

You may not know where to begin as far as social media activity goes, but we do.

We can deliver a Social Media Plan for your business in considerably less time than it takes to place an advertisement in a newspaper or business journal and for considerably less money too!

There are Four Levels to the Social Media strategy you could employ.

Beginning with Level Four and working toward Level One might be best for you.

On the other hand you might already have an existing social media profile that needs streamlining or tweaking.  So talk with us and we’ll make the plan fit your needs.

As little as 3 years ago you might have spent five or six thousand pounds on an advertising campaign, or £150K if you are a global player, which usually revolved around placing a page of promotional material in a newspaper or magazine.

You have to admit, it was a hit or miss immeasurable activity.

Now Social Media not only costs comparatively less, it provides a means to track the reach of your engagement.

Return on investment (ROI) is possible in accordance with the 90:9:1 rule of thumb – 90% of the engagement will be with passive CCs (clients or customers), 9% of the engagement will be with active CCs who are actually looking for your services, and 1% of engagement will be with CCs who are pro-active and will evaluate your services and compare them to others in the marketplace.

Analytics provides a means to identify where the best ROI lies, and this enables repetition of success.

This level of performance is achievable when you subscribe for our Level One Plan.

The Harsh Reality

It is a harsh reality for some business entrepreneurs to discover that their brand is being talked about in the ether.   It is devastating to some to discover that people are saying untruthful things about them and their business.

It’s play-ground tactics, but tactics nevertheless, and the only way to counteract the negative sentiment is to fill the space with positive activity resulting in positive sentiment.

Think of it as a ‘tea-party’ which is open to everyone to attend but you haven’t yet joined in because you've been too busy.  However, you discover that all your competitors have attended and what’s more they are grabbing the attention of your customers or clients.  And, what’s more they are saying that your business is out-of-touch with the needs of your clients, because you don't want to listen to what they have to say.

“Hmmmm”, you think, “maybe I should give it a go because I need to know what’s being said about my brand and actually I do know I should be providing a two-way conversation with my customers because it will do my business lots of good”.

The bottom line is you cannot afford to be excluded from the conversation.

We'll start generating that conversation for you, on your word!

Ready, Steady, let's Go!
