About Rhianne Griffiths, owner of Peninsular Business Services, incorporating Virtual Assistants in Wales
"I am using all the experience and skills I have acquired over the course of a 20+ year business career, and prior to that, a successful role within the education sector as a lecturer in Business Studies."
Completion of a Masters Degree in European Adult Continuing Education rounds off a package of attainment that provides Rhianne with expertise to run a robust business and understand very clearly just what motivates:
- SME businesses
- Micro businesses
- Sole Traders
- Virtual Assistants
Our Team works with people within the following sectors:
- Companies developing cutting edge IT programmes working within B2B and B2C sectors
- Creative people including published Authors and Entrepreneurs
- People within the Hospitality and Tourism industry
- Charities, Societies and families using IT
The motivational drive which propels the business forward is, as always, a desire to deliver a top-notch service to clients. We want clients to regard us as their first port of call for all their business support needs and we know what it takes to achieve this:
The parent company was registered at Companies House in May 2005 and dealt uniquely with the administrative needs of local businesses.
Our reputation for exceptional work soon led to demand from further afield in the UK and USA.
The global aspect of the business was made possible because Rhianne realised that the move to Software as a Service (SaaS) was crucial to the way the business could function.
Over the past four years involvement in Social Media has provided opportunities for reinstating skills which Rhianne first used in 1998 when she became involved in the moderation of an on-line gaming/chat platform built by Warner Bros for the Harry Potter series of movies.
Social Media Facilitation, Management and Moderation, is now one of the highest demands on our time.
Nowadays we deliver B2B and B2C solutions for a wide range of companies who want to adopt digital marketing but don't have sufficient expertise or experience.
We work with people, businesses and entrepreneurs in a virtual environment harnessing the power of cloud computing, that is why we call ourselves 'Virtual Assistants'.
This is what people say about our work, our standards and their levels of satisfaction:
"Rhianne understands that a book is a commercial undertaking for both the writer and the publisher and it will not reach its potential sales if the target market is not aware of it.
The level of input has been invaluable. The recommendations for engagement in Social Media have helped to raise the brand profile and this has attracted renewed interest in my book."
Gillian Morgan Books, Haverfordwest. Hired Virtual Assistants in Wales (PBS Ltd), to raise brand awareness via Social Media. Spring 2011. A successful campaign prompted a further 9 month contract.
"This is an exceptional service. The project in question had been left undone for far too long, so bringing in Rhianne to 'make it happen' was fantastic. She just got on with the job without needing time from our busy employees."
