The global aspect of the business was made possible because Rhianne realised that the move to Software as a Service (SaaS) was crucial to the way the business could function.
Over the past two and a half years involvement in Social Media has provided opportunities for reinstating skills which Rhianne first used in 1998 when she became involved in the moderation of an on-line gaming/chat platform built by Warner Bros for the Harry Potter series of movies.
Social Media Facilitation, Management and Moderation, is now one of the highest demands on our time.
