In these Terms and Conditions “we, our, us, your Virtual Assistant, your Personal Assistant” refers to “Virtual Assistants in Wales” and “PBS Ltd”.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Virtual Assistants in Wales has complete discretion to modify or remove any part of this site without warning or liability arising from such action.

We will under no circumstance be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages including any loss of business, revenue, profits, or data in relation to your use of the Web site.
We do not accept responsibility or liability for lost, stolen, damaged or the late delivery of a document in which a customer receives work, data, information, disks, CDs and/or any other materials, while on route via mail, fax, email, Royal Mail, or any other type of dispatch, courier or shipping service.
Nothing within this Agreement will operate to exclude any liability for death or personal injury arising as result of the negligence of Virtual Assistants in Wales, PBS Ltd, its employees or agents.
COPYRIGHT
All intellectual property of Virtual Assistants in Wales and PBS Ltd, such as trademarks, trade names, patents, registered designs and any other automatic intellectual property rights derived from the aesthetics or functionality of the Web site remain the property of Virtual Assistants in Wales and PBS Ltd.
By using the Web site you agree to respect the intellectual property rights and will refrain from copying, downloading, transmitting, reproducing, printing, or exploiting for commercial purpose any material contained within the Web site.
Some materials sent by clients to us (whether in print or electronic form) may be Copyright protected. The sender of the materials will accept full responsibility for any and all of the data, text, graphics, photographs, images in electronic, computerized, fax, photocopy, original print, film and/or audio form which they send to us. PAYMENT TERMS
Where the work is project based, a payment of 35% of the total project (minimum of £150) must be paid in advance in order to initiate processing of the project unless otherwise specified in writing by us.
All fees and pricing is in Sterling. Payments may be made by cash, BACS or CHAPS. Please check the penalties that apply for late payment, to be found on the Invoice.
DISCLAIMERS
The information is provided on the understanding that the web sites are not engaged in rendering advice and should not be wholly relied upon when making any related decision.
The information contained within the Web sites is provided on an “as is” basis with no warranties expressed or otherwise implied, relating to the accuracy, fitness for purpose, compatibility or security of any components of the Web site.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any user of the Web sites hereby agrees to be bound exclusively by the jurisdiction of English and Welsh courts without reference to rules governing choice of laws.
